Wildlife Festival at the Niagara Power Vista

Thi Wildlife Festival is a family event, held at the Niagara Power Vista and its surrounding grounds (5777 Lewiston Road, Lewiston, N.Y. ).  The event is co-sponsored by the Niagara County Federation of Conservation Clubs (NCFCC) and is a two day event in support of National Hunting and Fishing Day. The popular event features more than 50 exhibitors and vendors, various wildlife shows, federation activities such as archery, crossbow demonstration, fishing pond, shooting trailer, and more. Get hands-on experience in outdoor activities. Exhibitors include the NYS DEC, NYS Parks, area scouts and conservation groups. Learn about conservation and renewable energy and enjoy wildlife shows with The Primate Sanctuary, Nickel City Reptiles and Exotics and Hawk Creek.  Sign-up for the Kids Fishing Derby and enjoy a festival scavenger hunt. In addition to the festival activities, guests are invited to enjoy the all-new state-of-the-art exhibits at the Niagara Power Vista. Visitors can take a seat in a 4-D theatre virtual roller coaster ride, create a transmission distribution system on a one-of-a-kind transmission grid table, build a dam or simulate the coordination of power across the state during bad weather.  Parking and admission are free at the Power Vista.
